Can I send flowers outside of Alaska through Kenai Flowers? 

Yes! We can coordinate flower deliveries anywhere in the United States. We work with a trusted network of professional florists to ensure your gift is delivered fresh and on time.

Who will deliver the flowers? 

Your order will be fulfilled by a carefully selected local florist in the recipient’s city. This helps ensure the freshest flowers and timely delivery.

Will the flowers look exactly like the photo? 

Not exactly. Each arrangement is handcrafted by a local florist, so flower varieties, colors, and container styles may vary based on seasonal and regional availability.
That said, the overall style, value, and occasion will always be honored.

Can I request same-day delivery? 

In most cases, no. Same-day delivery depends on the recipient’s location and the time the order is placed.  We also must consider the time zone Alaska is in.  We are 4 hours behind Florida for example.   We recommend ordering one day before, minimum.

How do I know if you can deliver to a specific city?

 We can deliver to most cities and towns across the U.S. If there are any issues with the delivery location, we will contact you right away to adjust the order or provide a refund.

Can I request specific flowers or colors? 

You’re welcome to include preferences! We’ll do our best to accommodate them, but substitutions may be necessary depending on local availability.

Can I include a personalized message? 

Absolutely. Every order includes a card message, and we’ll make sure your note is included with the delivery.

Why do nationwide arrangements sometimes cost more?

Nationwide orders include coordination with a local florist, delivery logistics, and service fees. We price our arrangements to ensure quality and a smooth delivery experience.

What happens if something isn’t available?

If certain flowers or containers aren’t available, the local florist will substitute with similar items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and feel.

Who do I contact if there’s an issue with my order?

You can contact us directly, and we’ll work with the fulfilling florist to resolve any concerns. We stay involved to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Can I send Alaska-grown flowers nationwide?
